About Vanessa
Vanessa is a dedicated and compassionate real estate consultant specialising in serving the senior community.
Since 2020, Vanessa has identified the areas where seniors require extra support and has become adept at providing tailored solutions and assistance.
Whether her clients are searching for a new home, assisted living, selling an existing property, or needing decluttering and moving services, Vanessa and her support team can provide the expertise required.
Vanessa is committed to following best practices in the house sale process and achieving the best price available. She provides her clients with carefully created market appraisals, ensuring they have the most accurate information about the potential selling price of their homes.
Putting her client's requirements at the forefront, Vanessa operates with a straightforward and open style, building trust and transparency throughout the real estate journey.
In 2023, Seniors Real Estate joined Independent Agent to offer senior clients even more options and resources, ensuring they receive top-notch service, competitive fees, and access to the latest industry advancements. Vanessa's dedication to seniors extends beyond her professional life, as she has volunteered for Grey Power for several years, advocating for those searching for suitable housing. As an avid golfer, Vanessa sponsors several player groups and serves on the board at Tauranga Golf Club.
A bit more:
Vanessa is married with two children who are both studying at the University of Auckland.
To help prevent empty nest syndrome Vanessa adopted her two young dogs, Gipsy and Gio.
Vanessa was the 2021 club champ at Tauranga Golf Club and was voted onto the Tauranga Golf Club board in 2023.
After schooling at Tauriko Primary School and Tauranga Girls' College, Vanessa studied electrical engineering at the University of Auckland sponsored by Telecom.
While at Telecom, Vanessa spent time in Project Management and Corporate Sales roles.
From 2012-2018 Vanessa was the Project Manager for the Tauranga fibre broadband network roll-out, passing 40,000 houses.
