Overview
I was shown through the Bayswater Village by Joy from reception. It was hard not to get caught up in Joy’s enthusiasm for the village and on a glorious February morning, this village looked lovely.
First impressions are of an established village with a variety of dwellings ranging from villas to apartments. The established trees give a good level of privacy for the villas. The facilities are well maintained and give many options for residents.
The cafe was inviting and served tasty food at a fair price. Friday night fish and chips are particularly popular I hear.
The villa that I was shown through had been recently renovated for a new resident. The modern colours, furnishings and fittings were well chosen and created restful and high-quality ambience.
