Overview
One of the first things that come into view as you enter Papamoa Beach Village, a Metlifecare Lifestyle Village for the over 70's is the large and modern community centre. Within the community centre is a cafe, bar, and large dining area as well as a community area for gatherings and indoor bowls. A large swimming pool and spa sits to the east. On the second floor is a spacious library, craft area, and small movie room.
Outside, an area is set aside for gardening with raised garden beds full of thriving vegies hinting at the number of green-fingered residents in this village.
Papamoa Beach Village has a full rest home, hospital, and dementia care centre. This is an added bonus to avoid a move in the future or to reduce travel if one of a couple needs full-time care.

Entry Costs

Deferred Management Fee
The Deferred Management Fee will be an amount equal to 10% per annum for 3 years of the Entry Payment that was made to a maximum of 30%.
