The Vines is a newly established village in the popular retirement suburb of Bethlehem. The villas are modern and bright and constructed by the well-respected Classic Group.
The clubhouse is spacious and beautifully fitted out. I was shown the clubhouse by the hugely experienced Tony Stack and was impressed by the facilities that are available for the enjoyment of the residents.

Entry Costs
Two bedroom villas start from $695,000. Three bedroom villas are also available.
Deferred Management Fee
The Deferred Management Fee will be an amount equal to 10% per annum for 3 years, of the Entry Payment that was made, to a maximum of 30%.
Weekly Fees
Fees are $175 per week and are reviewable by management
